Job Description

The company is looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer to contribute to their dynamic team. As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, training, payroll management, and strategic planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and employee performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives and activities, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to recommend innovative approaches and solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
