Willbey Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a passionate and skilled Human Resource Officer to join the company’s dynamic team. As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the organization by implementing talent management strategies and ensuring a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to support the growth of the organization.
  • Create and enforce HR policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on HR-related matters.
  • Address staff grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Manage recruitment processes and conduct inductions for new hires.
  • Oversee payroll management and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain leave records and manage the leave roster effectively.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee development programs.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as labor unions and government agencies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a microfinance or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software (Belina) and Microsoft Office Suite.
