Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of HR practices and regulations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the organization’s human capital and drive its success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the company’s human resources strategy to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Analyze and forecast human capital requirements to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its long-term goals.
  • Establish, monitor, and enhance performance management measures and methods to drive employee productivity and engagement.
  • Identify talent gaps and develop comprehensive plans and programs for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
  • Stay informed about the job market and identify effective channels to source professional skills and top talent.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, including timelines and milestones, to ensure successful organizational transformations.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality initiatives to promote employee well-being and compliance.
  • Clearly define organizational policies and enforce consequences for policy violations among employees.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 O-Levels/A-Levels or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualification/MBA/MBL is a must.
  • 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years at a senior management level in an organization with a staff complement of 300 or more.
