First Capital Bank is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join its team as the Head of Digital & Products Development. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing the bank’s digital strategy, identifying new opportunities and channels, and enhancing the existing product offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and managing the bank’s digital strategy, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Identifying emerging trends and changes in customer behaviour to anticipate and fulfil their needs effectively.
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities, products, and channels to enhance the bank’s offerings.
- Analyzing customer data and feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with certification and security standards across all digital products and channels.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital initiatives and making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Meeting revenue and profitability targets for digital financial services products.
- Conducting regular product reviews to ensure relevance and profitability, providing recommendations for enhancements or discontinuation of underperforming products.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Business teams to identify key target segments and develop strategies for acquiring new business.
- Establishing strategic alliances to drive accelerated growth and improve service delivery.
- Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders for potential alliances.
- Leading integration initiatives with other providers, merchants, and mobile network operators.
- Effectively managing and inspiring the performance of the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in IT, Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant MBA and/or professional qualification.
- Proven track record of leadership in driving successful digital strategy and transformation initiatives within the financial services industry (4-6 years experience).
- Experience in operating a business segment for profitability.
- Deep understanding of digital trends and customer behaviour.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial services and data privacy.
