ZB Financial Holdings is looking for a motivated and dynamic Graduate Trainee to join our Treasury Front Office team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a solid foundation in banking and finance.

This program offers extensive training and mentorship to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the Treasury Front Office department. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, contributing to the bank’s success in managing financial assets and ensuring optimal risk mitigation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret the bank’s financial data to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and loan estimations.
  • Develop cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and maximize returns.
  • Assist in devising investment strategies to enhance the bank’s portfolio performance.
  • Provide sound financial advice on investments, loans, and liabilities to clients.
  • Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assess the bank’s assets and liabilities, identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
  • Prepare treasury reports and analytical documents for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Maintain and update financial management systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall objectives of the Treasury Front Office.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2.1 (Upper Second Class) in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • Aged 25 years and below.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
