Deicov Holdings is looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned company in the property and farming sectors.

As the General Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily business operations, driving growth strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies, in line with the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategic actions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a General Manager or similar leadership role for at least 3 years.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective business strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Experience in project management, risk management, and operations management.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • A background in accounting, marketing, or engineering is a plus.
  • A master’s degree is required for this position.
