Energy Point Fuels is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Fuel Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Fuel Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the forecourt.
You will be responsible for dispensing fuel, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.
- Direct customer vehicles at the forecourt, ensuring efficient traffic flow.
- Welcome and communicate professionally with customers while dispensing fuel.
- Dispense the correct fuel type into customer vehicles, following safety protocols.
- Receive cash and electronic payments for fuel dispensed, providing accurate change and issuing receipts.
- Ensure all fuel equipment, including fuel pumps, meters, and nozzles, is in good working condition.
- Reconcile cash on hand against fuel sales during the shift for remittance.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the forecourt area and service station throughout the shift.
- Assist in monitoring fuel inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Cooperate with team members to provide efficient and effective customer service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors to support the smooth operation of the fuel station.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 Ordinary Level subjects, including Mathematics.
- Certificate in Marketing, Accounting, Business Studies, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including email, web browsers, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Previous experience in the fuel industry will be an added advantage.
