The manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Finance Executive to contribute to their strategic growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to support the Managing Director in achieving the company’s financial objectives.

Additionally, you will oversee cash flows and working capital, lead audits, make sound financial decisions, and foster a productive and motivated finance unit. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package, allowances, and other incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to formulate and execute strategic financial plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Ensure effective management of cash flows, working capital, and financial resources to support operational requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely completion of audit processes.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making by senior management.
  • Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to safeguard the company’s assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, changes in financial regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar senior management role within the finance function.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Sound commercial acumen and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
