As the Finance Administrator, you will oversee the organization’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and implementing cost reduction measures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization’s financial reporting, including monthly financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee the financial systems of the organization to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and manage an accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure all accounting activities and audits comply with relevant financial laws and regulations.
- Make recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Direct the treasury function, overseeing funds, securities, and assets of the organization.
- Evaluate the organization’s financial position and prepare periodic reports on stability, liquidity, and growth.
- Coordinate tax reporting programs and investor relations activities.
- Analyze and consolidate cost accounting procedures, as well as prepare routine and statistical reports.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of the corporation’s annual report.
- Conduct analysis of general economic, business, and financial conditions, and provide insights on their impact.
- Evaluate and recommend business partnering opportunities to enhance financial operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) will be an added advantage.
