Top Travel Trip (T3) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Sales to join their team in Harare, Zimbabwe. As an Executive – Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Expand market share by signing up new travel agents.
  • Manage relationships with existing agents and promote T3 products.
  • Utilize deals, promotions, and partnerships to drive sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and attend industry events.
  • Meet targets and drive results.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients and ensure effective communication.
  • Possess knowledge of non-air products (desirable).
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software proficiently.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Preferred candidates with an Airline/GDS or 828 background.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and drive results.
  • Knowledge of non-air products is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Candidates with an Airline/GDS or 828 background will be preferred.
