SECURICO Security Services is looking for an experienced and technologically savvy Electronics & ICT Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ICT infrastructure of the business and heading the Electronics Division.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-tech electronic security systems, develop business strategies, and implement operational solutions to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ICT infrastructure of the business and oversee the Electronics Division.
  • Deploy comprehensive and integrated technological solutions to help clients mitigate risk and protect their assets.
  • Offer seamless and intelligent technology-based solutions, including electronic access control systems, video surveillance, CCTV, fire alarms, alarm monitoring, emergency communications, solar systems installations, and other smart tech innovative solutions.
  • Develop business strategies to enhance the company’s position in the market.
  • Implement operational strategies to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic security systems and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentoring and coaching to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A good Degree in ICT with a strong understanding of electronic security systems installations.
  • Management or supervisory qualification is an advantage.
  • Three years of managerial experience in ICT or electronic security systems installation.
  • Proficiency in British English (written and spoken) is required.
