As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with our target audience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital marketing practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer feedback and reviews.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
