Croco Motors is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Liaison Officer to serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and our valued customers.

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company and contribute to its continued success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster outstanding customer confidence in the company’s services through professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring accessibility and providing timely assistance.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to enhance customer awareness of all available products and services.
  • Actively promote and prospect the business, demonstrating confidence and commitment to generating new business opportunities.
  • Maximize profitability by effectively selling products, services, and repair work based on customer needs.
  • Conduct client visits and maintain regular contact with customers to provide necessary support and address any concerns.
  • Provide continuous feedback to customers through email, phone calls, or in-person interactions.
  • Monitor customer feedback to measure satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Enhance the business’s reputation through positive interactions and representation when engaging with others.
  • Gather market intelligence to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong liaison with all stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
  • Prepare reports as requested by the management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Marketing qualification is required.
  • Technical know-how in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess a class 4 driver’s license.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of making independent decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
