ABC Auctions is looking for two proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Agents to join the company’s dynamic team In Bulawayo. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the company and make a positive impact on customer experiences.
As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and more.
- Greet and assist all walk-ins, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Record all conversations in customer profiles or lot profiles for efficient customer tracking.
- Communicate with customers in a kind, patient, and empathetic manner, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist customers in opening and managing customer accounts, providing necessary guidance.
- Manage outgoing calls to customers as directed by the Customer Care Supervisor.
- Stay up to date with new company process developments to provide accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Adhere to the Cash Handling Manual and checklist provided, ensuring proper handling of transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer focus in all interactions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service role.
- Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in using various communication channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Zendesk (added advantage).
- Ability to problem solve and handle customer concerns with resilience.
- Demonstrated accountability and the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
