National Foods Logistics (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Creditors Clerk (Northern Region) to join the company’s dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the general ledger, reconciliation processes, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in accounting and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the general ledger and perform reconciliation processes.
- Execute month-end procedures to close prior periods efficiently.
- Prepare monthly audit files in accordance with established standards.
- Generate financial reports for weekly management meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors as required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory bodies and regulations.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
- Possess knowledge of SAP, which is considered an added advantage.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ proven and relevant experience in Accounting.
- Previous experience in a Distribution/Logistics Company will be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Display strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
