This unique opportunity allows a creative and experienced culinary professional to join a dynamic team. As Chef, the successful candidate will design delectable menus, coordinating production to delight Guests through taste and presentation.


  • Design seasonal menus balancing taste, trends and dietary restrictions
  • Source ingredients considering quality, availability and budget
  • Oversee all kitchen operations including food production, plating and hygiene protocols
  • Monitor food costs and minimize waste through careful ordering and portion control
  • Train and develop junior chefs, coaching them on techniques and culinary standards
  • Collaborate with culinary team and front of house on new concepts and special menus
  • Uphold compliance with health and safety laws to ensure patron wellbeing
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe working kitchen environment
  • Engage with industry to continually update skills through courses and emerging styles
  • Communicate product knowledge and specials to servers supporting their recommendations


  • Culinary qualification and fine dining experience leading a team
  • Passion for the craft and delivering dining experiences with panache
  • Expertise with various cuisines, ingredients and equipment usage
  • Strong understanding of safety, cost control and deadline pressure
  • Imaginative problem-solving and aptitude for mentoring others
  • Weekend and shifts worked with dedication and professionalism
