Job Description

Our client in the healthcare sector is looking for a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful organizational change initiatives.

This position requires expertise in change readiness assessments, change impact analysis, and effective change management strategies. Join our client’s team and contribute to shaping the future of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute change readiness assessments, evaluating the organization’s ability to adapt to new processes, systems, and technology.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful change outcomes.
  • Define goals, objectives, and a vision for change projects, communicating the intended program outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change implementation and develop contingency plans to address them.
  • Analyze the impact of change on stakeholders, including people, processes, tools, organizational structure, roles, and technology.
  • Conduct system impact assessments to identify business processes and technology tools that will be impacted by changes.
  • Create effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and track the progress of change implementation, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate change outcomes and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives using a monitoring and evaluation framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to change management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, or Strategic Management.
  • Chartered Project Manager (CIPMZ) certification.
  • Certified Change Management Expert certification.
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in major Project Management Implementation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management projects implementation.
  • Thorough knowledge of change management principles and methodology.
  • Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth understanding of change models and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others to achieve common goals.
