Amosa Safety is looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to contribute to the growth and success of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the brand, scheduling client appointments, conducting marketing presentations, and preparing business proposals.

Additionally, you will provide regular sales and marketing reports, gather market intelligence, and contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s business strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and drive the company’s expansion. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Amosa Safety brand to increase market visibility and client engagement.
  • Schedule client appointments and ensure timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct effective marketing presentations to showcase the company’s SHE consultancy, training, and certification services.
  • Prepare comprehensive call reports documenting client interactions and outcomes.
  • Develop and present persuasive business proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide daily reports on sales and marketing activities to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s business strategy.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded through proactive sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the services industry.
  • Possession of a clean class four driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
