Probfix Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for dynamic and experienced Branch Managers to join our team in Bulawayo, Kwekwe, Zvishavane, Mutare, Harare, Bindura, Marondera, Masvingo, Beitbridge, Gokwe, Vic Falls.

As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of one of our branches. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and expansion of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch targets and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management, performance evaluation, and training.
  • Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improve service offerings.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide guidance, and address concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, financial statements, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a managerial role within a lending or financial services environment.
  • Sound knowledge of financial inclusion principles, lending practices, and salary-based loans.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
