Lede Group is looking for a proactive and motivated Attachment Student to join their dynamic team in the Operations and Administration Department. As an Attachment Student, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to various administrative tasks.

This role offers valuable exposure to company databases, IT equipment monitoring, report preparation, project management, and event coordination. The successful candidate will be studying towards a degree in Business Administration or Operations or a related field, demonstrating a strong problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of company databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs when necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain an organized calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations, contributing to the effective communication of information.
  • Participate in project management activities, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events, managing logistical arrangements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of office procedures and stay updated on the efficient use of office management software.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently studying towards a degree in Business Administration or Operations or a related field of study.
  • Pursuing a related professional course and possessing knowledge of the Office 365 Suite is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail in handling tasks and assignments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
