Prodairy (Private) Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Midlands Province. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading FMCG company.

As an integral part of our sales department, the Area Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving primary sales, developing and maintaining relationships with traders, ensuring stock availability, and implementing effective channel strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary sales at the provincial level, achieving set targets and objectives.
  • Increase the number of traders by actively sourcing and developing new business relationships.
  • Ensure adequate stock cover for the region across all channels, efficiently managing stock allocation to customers.
  • Address stock-related challenges and implement strategies to optimize stock availability.
  • Manage debtors’ accounts and ensure timely payment collection in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Develop and communicate channel strategies for the province, aligning them with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on merchandising, product placement, and pricing compliance within specified deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety, health, environment, and quality systems, promoting a culture of compliance.
  • Perform any other duties as required from time to time to support the sales team and overall business goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG and Dairy Business operations.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Age Profile: 30-40 years.
