Job Description

Applications are invited for the above position that is vacant in our Finance & Administration Department at Standards Association of Zimbabwe.

The incumbent will be responsible for administrative duties that include all repair and maintenance of property plant and equipment, inventory management, maintaining the asset register, assisting in preparing budget and should possess excellent analytical skills.

The ideal candidate should also be able to prepare detailed monthly administration reports.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain a properly updated Asset register
  • Carry out physical stock count of inventory and maintain proper records of the same
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained and are in a road worthy condition and provisions of the motor vehicle policy are complied with
  • Supervise drivers and security staff
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly administration reports
  • Ensure that the solar system is working properly and prepare necessary reports
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions

Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
  • Computer literacy and proficient in SAP accounting modules an added advantage.
