Bud Kreative is looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients in need of video marketing services.

You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve new business targets while ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries who can benefit from video marketing services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve new business targets and define sales plans.
  • Ensure team awareness of targets, goals, processes, procedures, and relevant company and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, including pricing and service offerings, to potential clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service enhancements and new service offerings.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and meet market demands.
  • Support the team using project management tools and processes to plan, control, and execute various projects/programs efficiently.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide innovative solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the media field or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Coachable with a high level of energy and competitiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills with good tonality and audibility.
