Delta Beverages is looking for ambitious and motivated Graduate Trainees to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing department. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the beverage industry.
As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo an intensive learnership program, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the manufacturing processes of our diverse range of beverages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of beverages.
- Participate in quality control activities, including testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Support the implementation of health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of production plans and schedules.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a degree in Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Possess a minimum upper second-class (2.1) degree classification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly and apply them effectively.
- Highly adaptable and eager to learn.
