Delta Beverages is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee in the field of HR to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive remuneration package, allowances, and other incentives.
As a Graduate Trainee HR, you will have the opportunity to undergo an intensive learnership program and gain valuable experience in various HR functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide support in employee training and development initiatives.
- Help in the coordination of performance management activities, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the HR team in employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Social Sciences/HR/Business Management or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of an upper second (2.1) degree class.
- Excellent communication and team skills.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Highly adaptable.
